About PAULA GAHAGAN

I consider living and raising a family in North Carolina to be a joy anywhere and everywhere in the state, from the mountains to the sea.    

I hail from a small Ohio town called Xenia, which is known as the city of hospitality. I started my career in a large bank, and worked in mortgage, retail, and commercial banking. My experience in banking helped develop my skills in market analysis and closing review.

I moved to this area more than 20 years ago and raised two beautiful children here. After starting my family, I worked as a freelance artist—hello fellow night owls! Because my children attended public, magnat and private schools in Cary, Morrisville and Raleigh, I gained valuable knowledge and experience of the area’s educational opportunities. I was introduced to real estate eight years ago while working as a freelance designer and home stager. Over the next few years, my path morphed to focus on preparing listings for sale to help sellers ensure a quick sale at the best price.  I’m now proud to be part of a wonderful real estate team that I respect and trust. I continue to help our team position homes for buyer appeal to get a property sold for the highest price in the shortest period of time.
