About LEAH KING

Leah is thrilled to be a part of the Karen Coe Real Estate Group as their Director of Operations. She has a strong history in real estate administration and is excited to add that value to the group! Leah jumped into real estate head first when she accepted the position of Market Center Administrator at KW Cary in 2009. In that role, she gleaned knowledge from those around her and helped grow the office in size and profitability, to nearly 300 agents and consistently ranking in the top 20 most profitable Keller Williams offices.

In 2017 it was time for a change and Leah decided to transition to the transaction management side of real estate. She assisted both residential and commercial agents working on contracts, leasing and commercial property management. Just before the pandemic began, Leah stepped back into the Market Center Administrator role, this time at KW Legacy in Apex. She helped the office get systems in place and double their profitability in only two years. Leah is originally a native of Indiana. She met her husband, Dustin, after moving to North Carolina. They have twin boys and love to spend time outside, preferably in the mountains or at the beach!
