About JENNIFER O'SULLIVAN

Jennifer has been in the area over 35 years and considers herself pretty much a native. It’s been amazing to see the growth in the Triangle.  After attending UNC - Chapel Hill and attaining a business degree, Jennifer began her career in the tech industry focusing on sales and marketing. In 2021, Jennifer transitioned to Marketing Director at the Karen Coe Realty Group and has enjoyed building this luxury brand by creating and executing our marketing presence in the Triange. My favorite aspect of the team is the group mentality and mutual respect we all have for each other.  Each member of our team is willing to step in and help other agents on the team when it comes to supporting our clients along every step of the transaction.

Jennifer and her husband, Paul, have three boys born and raised in the Triangle.  One has transitioned off to college and two are in high school.  We spend our time on the soccer fields and wouldn’t have it any other way.
